光學裝置、鐳射裝置、半導體雷射

半導體雷射中所用「電流」激發來源，共振腔內增益介質激發放射產生更多和它相同的光子，被激發而釋放光子的電子、原子晶體等物質，光會一直在腔內來回反射，直到滿足共振腔壁所設定光強度的條件，當光強度放大到可以穿透半反射鏡時，雷射就會從半反射鏡發射出去。
